Strategic Plan Goal:

Invest in Public Infrastructure, Facilities, and Fiscal Reserves, Foster Healthy Neighhborhoods and Affordable Housing Throughout the City Provide a service to the community that is prepared to respond to emergencies, natural diasters, catastrophic events, and other events that threaten the health and safety of the public. Train personnel to respond to emergencies, natural disasters, hazardous materials events, and other such high risk events that threaten the health and safety of the public.
