Debt Service The City Council’s Debt Management policy includes a goal that outstanding general obligation and tax increment revenue bonded debt not exceed 0.75% of total assessed property valuations. This follows financial best practices for Aaa rated communities. At the end of Fiscal Year 2022, outstanding debt is projected to be just under 1% of valuations.
