Foster Healthy Neighborhoods and Affordable Housing Throughout the City, Advance Social Justice, Racial Equity, and Human Rights

Strategic Plan Goal:

The Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program: Promote self-sufficiency and asset development by providing supportive services to participants to increase their employability, to increase the number of employed participants, and to encourage increased savings through an escrow savings program. Assist low income families in bridging the economic gap through building assets, improving employment opportunities, and transitioning from renters of units to owners of homes.
