Improvements needed include: plaster repairs, painting, wallpaper removal, carpeting, wood flooring, tuckpointing, furniture replacement, remodeling to improve use/operation of facility. Green improvements are also needed to the building to reduce emissions. Improving the exterior of the building by improving doorways and restore historical scones outside the building and windows is also necessary.
