Justification The existing storm sewer pipe at the west end of Petsel Place has reached the end of its usful life. Additionally, the pipe undersized and the street is susceptible to nuisance flooding. This project will reconfigure the pavement and storm sewer infrastructure to current standards and will help alleviate nuisance flooding.
