Revenue The Revenue Division is responsible for the customer service, billing, and collection procedures for 26,754 City of Iowa City utility accounts and 200 Landfill accounts. The Division also records and reconciles all City receipts and banking activity. The Division strives to provide excellent customer service and timely and accurate billings to City and Iowa City utility and landfill customers, minimize revenue written off as uncollectible, and accurately record all customer receipts. General Fund Activities: • The Revenue division is responsible for the customer service, billing, and collection procedures City utility customer accounts and landfill customer accounts. The division also records and reconciles all City receipts and banking activity .

Recent Accomplishments: • Increased percentage of customers on E-billing • Configured Tyler Notify • Implemented COVID-19 protocols Upcoming Challenges: • Resume utility collection procedures • Implement Tyler Notify and other changes to the utility collection process. • Upgrade to Munis 2019
