Demonstrate Leadership in Climate Action and Invest in Public Infrastructure, Facilities and Fiscal Reserves Foster and improve healthy sustainable municipally owned buildings, with a focus on best life cycle costs. Decrease the City's Carbon Emissions and energy use in public buildings. Improve existing systems in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), building envelope (wall and roofing systems, doors and windows) and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
