Strengthen Community Engagement and Intergovernmental Relations, Foster Healthy Neighborhoods and Affordable Housing Throughout the City The Iowa City Public Library actively encourages discovery, learning, and greater participation in community life. Work with the ICCSD, preschools and summer programs to help children sign up for a library card and participate in summer reading programs.
