Transportation Services Administration The Transportation Services Administration Division manages the activities of the two enterprise divisions, Parking and Transit, and it oversees the Central Business District (CBD) maintenance operations. General Fund Activities: • Transportation Services Administration personnel include the Transportation Services Director and Associate Director. • Central Business District Maintenance Operations provides daily grounds maintenance in the Downtown, Northside Marketplace, and City Plaza (Pedestrian Mall). CBD provides cleanup, ambassador duties, and assistance for 120+ events a year.

Recent Accomplishments: • Assisted Downtown District with waste management initiatives. • Assisted Downtown District, Summer of the Arts, and other community organizations with the return to in-person events in the summer of 2021. Upcoming Challenges: • Snow removal. • Maintenance of downtown alleys.
