FY2023 Adopted Budget

Expenditures: The fiscal year 2023 expenditures are relatively flat from fiscal year 2022 revised expenditures. Revenue bond principal and interest payments are 19.7% of the Water fund’s expenditure budget for fiscal year 2023. No new revenue debt is planned in fiscal year 2023.

Other financing uses include transfers out of $1,042,500 to the Capital Projects Fund in fiscal year 2023. Long-term Projections:
