Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Highlights

Many of the CIP projects planned are in response to feedback from residents desiring more funding for road improvements and transportation needs. The five-year program continues to reflect the City Council’s priorities established in previous fiscal years, including implementation of master plans. Summaries of the Parks and Bicycle Master Plan projects are provided on the following pages.
