 Reach full staffing levels to fill vacancies in the Investigations and Community Outreach Units  Provide substantive training opportunities to support competence and professionalism  Identifying and evaluating current crime trends and micro hot spots to best target violent crime with limited resources  Increasing Officer participation in community events and neighborhood foot patrols to build trust, open communication, and partner with the community to mitigate crime as the pandemic subsides and staffing increases
