General use permits and interest on investments comprise less than 1% of refuse collection estimated revenue. Fiscal year 2024 revenue is estimated at 11.0% higher than fiscal year 2023 due to the collection fee increases.

Expenditures: The fiscal year 2024 budgeted expenditures are estimated to be .6% higher than fiscal year 2023 estimated expenditures due an increase in service expenditures which is primarily vehicle chargebacks.
