Description This project will obtain consulting services to provide a functional design for the reconstruction of Kitty Lee Road between Highway 1 and its northern terminus - including the Hwy 1 intersection.

Justification This project is necessary to provide an adequate secondary access for the future Carson Farms development currently in the planning phase. The design will be for approximately 3,500 feet of roadway and intersection improv ments necessary at the intersection of Kitty Lee Road / Hwy 1.
