Description This project improves the landscaping at the City entrance ways on North Dubuque Street and North Dodge Street including entrance signage on North Dubuque.

Justification The entrance ways to the city provide an important impression of the community to visitors. North Dubuque Street and North Dodge Street are primary entrances to the City off Highway 80 and serve as the front doors to the city.
