To affirmatively advance equity, civil rights, racial justice, and equal opportunity in day-to-day governing. Develop, implement, and deliver programs, workshops, and tools that advance city and community goals related to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) including unlawful discrimination and harassment.

Staff to the Human Rights Commission and the Ad Hoc Truth and Reconciliation Commission at monthly and bimonthly meetings, and arrange and manage commission events, programs, and outreach.
