FY27 Proposed Budget

Recent Accomplishments:

• Completed Scanlon indoor pool roof, City Hall roof, City Hall 3 rd floor remodel, Robert A. Lee intercom update, TTRA building staining, Animal Shelter generator addition, Ashton House roof, Senior Center windows & door in progress.

Upcoming Challenges:

• Aging HVAC and BAS systems- majority of older air supply systems are now on banned Freon refrigerant (R22), retrofit or replacement is expected to be an issue due to material shortages in green coolants and production of systems. • Aging Facilities- maintaining and operating older buildings continues to be a challenge. • Increased Service Requests – Staffing and funding limits ability to respond in a timely and efficient manner.

Service Level Change Summary: There are no service level changes in the fiscal year 2027 budget.

Staffing Level Change Summary: There are no staffing level changes in the fiscal year 2027 budget.

Financial Highlights: The fiscal year 2027 expenditures increased 10.4% with the largest increase in services for ITS chargebacks as well as stucture repairs and maintenance.
