FY27 Proposed Budget

Revenues: HUD allocations account for approximately 96.6% of ICHA revenue. ICHA is projected to receive $13,601,800 in federal funding through HUD in fiscal year 2027. This is a 0.8% decrease from the fiscal year 2026 revised budget primarily due to prior year unspent funding carried forward to fiscal year 2026.

Expenditures: Fiscal year 2027 estimated expenditures are budgeted to decrease from the fiscal year 2026 revised expenditures by $400,993, or 2.7% which primarily represents a decrease in public housing due to the planned repositioning.

93.0% of the Housing Authority Fund expenditure budget is to provide rental vouchers to citizens.
