Description This project will install traffic signals for motorists/pedestrians at the North Dodge Street / ACT Circle intersection.

Justification The intersection is currently only stop controlled for ACT Circle and has limited sight distance due to the vertical curvature of Dodge Street. The intersection currently meets applicable traffic signal warrants. Project approval will need to be obtained from the Iowa DOT.
