Description Increase budget based on inflation and previous bid prices. Unfunded projects #62 & 76. Replace the roof membranes on the Water Plant garage, shop, and chemical storage rooms, generator building, well houses, and ground storage reservoir pump houses.

Justification Roof membranes deteriorate over time due to exposure to the elements and inclement weather events. The membranes not replaced in the 2018 project are in need of comprehensive replacement to keep the equipment housed within and out of the elements.
