To provide quality service to City departments, protect the City’s legal interests, and act responsibly on behalf of the public by maintaining the integrity of the City’s procurement system through the encouragement of fair and open competition. Provide assistance to City employees in the purchase of commodities and services while ensuring inclusivity in the procurement process through fair and open competition.
