Strategic Plan Goal: Department Goal:

Advance Social Justice, Racial Equity, and Human Rights Identify and implement an achievable goal to reduce disproportionality in arrests. The Police Department strives to provide services to members of the community in a manner which is fair and equitable. This includes the manner in which it enforces the law and makes arrests. The Department will reduce its disproportionality in arrests through officer education and training, in conjunction with supervisory coaching and monitoring.
