To address unlawful discrimination through education, outreach, and enforcement.
Investigate and resolve complaints alleging unlawful discrimination in a timely manner.(Complaints filed in one fiscal year may be closed in the next fiscal year which may create a distorted difference in numbers between those opened and closed.)
