On Street Operations Services expenditures increased by 16.0% in fiscal year 2022 primarily due to budget cuts for financial services in the fiscal year 2021 budget due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Financial services charges are budgeted similarly to the original fiscal year 2021 amounts. In Parking Ramp Operations, Supplies expenditures decreased by 62.6% in the fiscal year 2022 budget. Part of this decrease is due to larger amounts budgeted for sanitary supplies in the fiscal year 2021 budget due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the other portion of the decrease comes from a decrease in budgeted amounts for other maintenance supplies in fiscal year 2022.
