RESOLUTION NO. 21- 73

Resolution adoptingthe annual budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.

Whereas, a publichearing on the proposed budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 was held on March 16, 2021, at a regularlyscheduled City Councilmeeting and public commentswere received.

Now,therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Iowa City, Iowa, that:

The annual budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, as set forth in the Adoption of Budget and Certification of Taxes and on the Adopted Budget Summary, together with the detailed budget in support thereof showing revenue estimates, appropriation expenditures, and program allocations for said fiscal year should be and hereby is adopted. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directedto make the filings required by law, andto set up the books in accordance with the summary and details, as adopted.
