Resolution approving the three-year Financial Plan for the City of Iowa City, Iowa, and the five-year Capital Improvement Plan.

Whereas, the City Council of the City of Iowa City deems it in the public interest and in the interest of good and efficient government for the City of Iowa City, Iowa, to adopt a three-year Financial Plan for operations and a five-year Capital Improvement Plan budget; and

Whereas, the three-year Financial Plan and multi-year Capital Improvement Plan are subject to annual review and revisions; and

Whereas, a publichearing was held on March 16, 2021, at a regularlyscheduledCity

Council

meeting and public comments were received.

Now, therefore, be it resolvedby theCity Council of theCity of Iowa City,Iowa, that: The City Council of the City of IowaCity does hereby adopt the three- year Financial Plan for the Fiscal Years 2021 through 2023 and the five- year Capital Improvement Plan 2021 - 2025. 2. This Resolution is an expression of the Council' s legislativeintent for planning future operation and capital improvements for the City of Iowa City, Iowa;and the anticipated means of financing said plan, subject to applicable laws.
