Description Evaluate and make recommendations to include cost estimates for the removal, repair, and upgrade of environmental systems at the Water Treatment Facility. [Would precede unfunded project #75] Total Project Cost: $75,000

Justification The Water Treatment Facility was originally designed to have a heated process area and basement storage. Heating the building in the winter or cooling in the summer is not practical with the existing systems due to the volume of water passing through the processes. Providing for this is not the intent of the project but to remove unused dilapidated systems and to improve existing air handing to better conform to reality. Additionally the administrative spaces suffer from humidity intrusion and malfunctioning controls due to improperly situated and sized equipment, and obsolete building controls systems.
