Description Replace the heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC) for the Influent Pump Station (IPS), Sludge Processing Building (SSPRS), Motor Vehicle Storage Building (MVSB), Administration Building (ADMIN), and Grit Building (GRIT)

Justification The HVAC systems for the buildings listed above are all original to them. They age from 20 to 35 years old and have had significant repair work in the past 5 years but that has not extended the useful life of these systems. Due to the nature of the facility, building ventilation is critical to the work that is being performed and provides a safe work environment for the employees.
